Over the years there has been a lot of demand to see the Sefer Vayoel Moshe translated into English to make it available to a wider readership. Unfortunately, this has not yet been done. But in response to the need, we started, b’ezras Hashem, a weekly shiur on Vayoel Moshe in English, given by Rabbi Yirmiyahu Cohen.
The shiur completed the sefer and then moved on to discuss topics in Vayoel Moshe: how the Rebbe’s allies parallel his arguments, how his opponents have responded, and how the Rebbe anticipated them in his sefer. See the links to this new series of shiurim below.
At this point the shiur has begun the Sefer Al Hageulah V’al Hatemurah. See the link to the Al Hageulah shiurim below.
Anyone interested in attending the shiur should call 917-538-3978 for more information on the location and time.
On this page, we will be uploading the audio shiurim as they are given. In addition, we will provide b’ezras Hashem a running translation of the sefer as the shiur covers it, as well as downloadable PDFs with the major sources used in the shiur. The goal of the shiur is to explain the Sefer Vayoel Moshe, and to understand the major source texts on which it is built.
